I'm a bodacious black queen who has lived an uncommon and unique life--in fact, I've met the Who and more. And I'm no where near slowing down. So if you're looking for a little Barbie doll or a sweet little thing who'll never talk back...I'm not your girl. But you're missing one heck of a thrill ride! I have lived my life full throttle as a journalist, published writer, optioned screenwriter and all around adventurer. I retired early to write full time and to be free to do whatever I wanted to do at the spur of the moment, after raising a beautiful half Native American daughter and working my way to the top of my field. I got so busy I didn't have time for love. It's time to party and play now, and I intend to find the right partner to party with! I miss fishing, which I loved doing with my Dad back in the day. I miss curling up in bed on Sunday mornings with the one I love and just...talking and cuddling and laughing. I miss having deep, passionate conversations with matching kisses. I miss having that special someone there to do things with, or to do nothing with. I own 10 acres that I want to build a little vacation home on, to retreat to when I need a break. I may even put a few horses on it, just to care for, not necessarily to ride. I volunteer with a horse rescue organization that saves abused horses, and I'm humbled by their ability to forgive after all they've been through. They've taught me a lot about life and love and resilience. I'm ready to learn more...from you...
